Financial Arrangements
We make every effort to keep the cost of your child's dental care down. Payment
is due at the time of your dental visit and can be made by cash, check, or
credit card. If your treatment requires several visits, you will be given an
estimate and asked to make financial arrangements with a member of our business
staff. Please remember that insurance is a method of reimbursing the patient
for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment.
We also subscribe to Wells Fargo Financial Company. They offer interest free
financing if the contract agreements are kept. Please look up their web site at
www.wellsfargo.com for more information.
Dental Insurance:
If you have insurance coverage, the estimated portion of your bill is due in
full at the time services are rendered.
We will submit your dental insurance as long as you provide us with:
1. Current address and phone number of insurance
carrier.
2. Current copy of your insurance ID Card.
Our office will accept assignment of benefits from your insurance carrier:
however, you are ultimately responsible for full payment of all charges. The
estimate provided by our office is to be considered a guideline until the final
insurance payment is received. We make no guarantees concerning your insurance
reimbursements.
If your insurance company does not pay us within 45 days, you will be billed
for the full amount charged.
We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
